Stylistically, I am a present, caring and thoughtful therapist that help clients gain empowerment, containment and goal-setting using effective evidenced-based tools. I am also EMDR Certified to work with clients who have experienced trauma.

I have experience helping children, adolescents, and adults with issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment and marriage/relationship issues. I am well versed in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Whether you are struggling with pressures of life or marriage issues my I believe that there is hope if all involved parties are willing to work on related issues and are engaged. I have the benefit of being both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ordained minister, both in the state of Indiana. My caring and compassionate spirit helps me see each client in a similar and relational manner.

As of March 1st, 2021, I'll be practicing out of Kairos in Rockport, Indiana. I entered the mental health field working with adolescents in group homes in 2005. I have also been employed as a TCS Professional, IMPACT Case Manager, Parent Mentor & Trainer, Intensive In-Home Professional, and have worked extensively with clients in psychiatric facilities and substance treatment hospitals. I have worked with a variety of clientele with multiple areas of focus.
