I very commonly work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression and other major life stressors related to change and transition. I also work with couples on their relationship or marriage. I particularly have a heart for, and have specialized in working with, people who are facing serious medical issues, including cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, chronic and terminal illnesses, and the grief it can bring that is related to death and dying. I work with neurodivergent adults from a strength’s perspective, focusing on individual goals and improving quality of life as defined by my clients. I work on unmasking, neurodivergent burnout, interoception, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, executive functioning, and navigating living in a neurotypical society.
