Maybe there is a conflict in one of your close relationships that just isn’t getting better, and you don’t know what to do anymore. I seek to provide a haven where clients can feel safe to explore whatever surfaces in their present challenges, transitions and internal experience. Many times thoughts, emotions, behaviors and experiences are understood, and personal truths can surface, particularly because of the safety and trust found in the therapeutic relationship. Ultimately this place of trust and non judgement is the core of healing and where personal growth occurs. While there are many models of treatment this is the essence of what I seek to offer and value most.

Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

Therapy is about being pushed outside our comfort zones to grow and flourish in all areas of life. It involves taking a leap into the new and unknown territory of emotions and vulnerability. This may mean looking at the difficult parts of ourselves and our stories in order to move forward. It's "short term discomfort, long term benefit". Therapy is tough, yet beautifully rewarding work!
