My goal is to be there for you throughout any issue that you are going through, so that you feel understood and to help you overcome any obstacle to your happiness.
I believe that every person is unique and will approach sessions with you with a person centered, emotions-based approach that will be tailored to you. Together, we can help to determine what your goals for therapy are as well as how to achieve them.
At some point, everyone has felt stuck or like they need someone to talk to. I am able to provide a safe environment where you are able to be open and free of judgement that can allow you to achieve goals and feel heard.
