I use a cognitive behavioral approach, and behavior modification to help clients achieve their goals. I work with kids as young as 3 up through adults. My innovative and unconventional approach makes therapy fun and unintimidating. I work closely with schools and doctors to provide the best treatment possible.
My practice utilizes an innovative approach incorporating physical movement into sessions, when applicable, to make therapy fun and engaging. I work with anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem and marital/couples counseling. I currently run several social skills groups.

Help your 8-10 year old child improve his/her social skills through play. We do activities using physical movement in the attached gym while working on social skills. The kids love this active group and learn skills for getting along with others and controlling their impulsive behaviors.
