During our initial sessions, I will complete an assessment to form a better understanding of your background and we will form individualized goals such as improved relationship satisfaction or reduced anxiety.
I specialize in attachment theory and relational challenges such as indecisiveness, avoiding communication, or frequent arguments. I offer individual and couple's therapy and have 10 years professional experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures including mixed-race couples, LGBTQ+, first generation immigrants, and blended families.
Therapy provides a unique, safe space to work through difficult situations which have left you feeling stuck. As your therapist, I will share well-researched tools for identifying your needs, effective communication, and navigating strong emotions.
