I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Family Services. I then attended Iowa State University and received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. For fourteen years, I worked as a Certified Child Life Specialist, supporting patients and families who were experiencing acute or chronic illness. I also worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and maternity units.

It can be hard to find a therapist if you have shift work or a full schedule, so I am offering sessions from 5am-Noon. In our office, we work on life transitions, gaining insights, making changes, improving relationships, and learning how to to feel more calm and settled. I have spent much of my career helping others develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as working through couple, family, and other relationship unit issues.

Caleb founded and currently administrates an after school program for at-risk youth through The Academic and Enrichment Youth Center called "Strive For Success."
