Hello! I work with individuals, couples, and families desiring stronger and healthier relationships. I specialize in pre-engagement & premarital counseling, marital distress, parenting, relational issues, PTSD & trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, & women's issues. I'm a Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I'm also an EMDR Certified Therapist offering evidenced based trauma therapy and a Certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator/Trainer and include this structure as a helpful tool when working with couples.

I enjoy encouraging newly engaged and early married couples who would like to work toward building a strong relational foundation for marriage. I am also passionate about helping individuals and families experience hope and healing from traumatic events. I provide in person and virtual therapy across Georgia.
