The approaches I utilize include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Mind/Body Awareness. My roles in life have included being an elementary and middle school educator, caregiver, spouse, parent of adult children, and most recently grandparent. I'm experienced in the dynamics of the ever-evolving family system.
