My counseling approach is client-centered and goal-oriented. By definition, this allows individuals to experience "growth and fulfillment" by actively participating in his or her own therapy in order to create change. Often, we lose hope at thinking that things could ever be different. We try and struggle and sometimes fail. I work with individuals, couples, and seniors. I have over 30 years of experience in the counseling field working primarily with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life changes. My clients and I create a solution focused approach to problem areas.
