Helping clients who struggle with family related issues, parenting hurdles and relationships difficulties encompasses a lot of my experience. I also specialize in addressing traumas and/or traumatic events (including those connected to military or emergency response events), healing relationships and strengthening the emotional connection between partners, and parents and children.
I am married to a Military Service Member and a mother to two rambunctious little boys. I have found these things have helped me greatly in connecting with clients, understanding the hurdles of family life and parenting, maintaining a healthy marriage and tackling curveballs from the military related life events.
