As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my desire in therapy is to help individuals, couples and families find hope in the midst of struggles and to be a partner in healing through a spirit of openness, empathy and non-judgment. I am especially passionate about caring for people who are working through grief. Specifically, I have a deep desire to walk alongside women and couples who are experiencing fertility challenges, and have experience providing clinical support and facilitation for the Pacific Northwest Mind/Body Fertility Program in Seattle.
Before joining Greenwich Center for Hope & Renewal, I practiced at the Seattle Pacific University Counseling Center working with students, parents, couples, and families around many issues including grief, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and trauma. In addition, I truly enjoy walking many engaged and committed couples through premarital counseling as a Certified Prepare and Enrich Instructor.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New York University, a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Prior to pursuing my career in therapy, I enjoyed over 10 years working in fast-paced technology sectors.
