Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what is troubling you, as well as ways to heal and grow that reflect the potential of your True Self. How to Work with Dreams
Come explore the inspiring world of dreams, and understand how to integrate dream wisdom into your daily life. Working with dreams can enhance your clarity, creativity, healing, intuition, and more! The first part of this workshop will include a variety of perspectives on dreams and different ways to work with them, including: biological, multicultural, creative, and psycho-spiritual approaches. In the second part of the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to share a dream and explore it's meaning with the group.
