I am currently a pre licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate and a Registered Psychotherapist with diverse experience in court mandated and outpatient psychotherapy, substance abuse, and treating girls and women survivors/victims of human trafficking, sexual and domestic abuse. I have additional training and certifications in addictions counseling and specialize in working with female youth and young adult women in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma, grief, domestic, and substance abuse using systems base approaches, group therapy, and expressive arts.

My expertise includes working with kids, teenagers and their families in such a manner that helps them cope with issues of their daily life I fee content and happy working with them. I provide early intervention; restoring, rehabilitating, and supporting the effect of the child's diagnosis while reestablishing daily functioning skills. During sessions I believe in utilizing a person centered approach, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, play therapy, art and crafts, outdoors community integrations and usage of technology (games, internet) in a way that is productive for individuals.

There are many struggles we face in life and sometimes we don’t feel properly equipped. Issues with money, food, relationships, trust, sex, body, self-esteem… come up and sometimes we get stuck using very well-intended safety strategies that no longer work. Whatever struggles you are facing, we can work together to identify how they came to be, why they are important, and what you need to transcend them. This process is invaluable, profound and deeply fulfilling. My focus is support you to do the work of staying with the process, being aware when you need to pull back or move in and encourage your continued commitment to yourself.

As a somatic therapist specializing in trauma and relationship issues, I am devoted to helping clients heal and integrate the mind/body/spirit connection and to experience the deeper meanings and intentions of their life. I have a great deal of experience working with male adolescents, but I am not limited to this population and have had success working with adults of all kinds. A young adult struggling with where they fit into this world, an adult who is still processing though their past while looking to better their present and future, or just someone that is ready to open up and learn about themselves, I am here to process it all with you and collaborate on the growth and progress ahead.
