Life is a complex journey that can feel overwhelmingly hard at times. We might be faced with challenges pertaining to adolescence, exploration of self, depression, anxiety, transitioning into adulthood, marriage, and/or relationship dynamics, miscarriages, loss/grief, birth and death, to name a few. My speciality is working with issues surrounding grief, working with adolescents, parenting, couples, divorce and re-partnering.
