Hi, My name is Hilary Settlemire. I have my Masters in Social Work. I currently have my LCSW. My approach to therapy is make sure that is client centered and working on you to become your best self. My focus areas are adults with ADHD, Bi-Polar, Anxiety and Depression. I also like to work with couples and marriage complications. I open to helping anyone through what they are going through. My approach to therapy is using CBT, DBT and solution focused therapy. I want to work on being aware of your behaviors and being able to work through them with you.

When working with clients, it is important for me to center the wisdom each individual, couple, and/or family bring to therapy. Starting from this place allows me to center and validate the experiences of my clients from an inclusive perspective. My goal is to balance trusting the client to make the best decisions for themselves and creating space for collaboration throughout the therapeutic process. My training as a social worker, marriage and family therapist, and educator provide me with the tools needed to guide clients through the therapy process. I have additional training and certifications in addictions counseling and specialize in working with female youth and young adult women in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma, grief, domestic, and substance abuse using systems base approaches, group therapy, and expressive arts.
