My name is Michael Jones and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients throughout the state of California. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety disorders, including OCD, Panic Disorder, and depression using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

Lauren Horvath is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides strength-based, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Lauren provides person-centered therapy and believes each client is the expert in their own life. I have 15 years of practice in the mental health field and utilize a variety of approaches to assist clients in reaching their goals including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Positive Psychology, and Psychoeducation.

I enjoy working with preteens, teens and adults. I have specialized experience working with juvenile offenders, particularly youth who have been incarcerated. In addition, I have a special interest in helping members of the Native community address issues which sometimes stem from Historical trauma, including family and domestic violence, addiction and poverty. Mine is an eclectic orientation. I have been deeply influenced by several years of practice in body oriented physio and psychotherapy. My name is Stephany Romero, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in mental health. I have assisted individuals in dealing with various subjects, including stress and anxiety, coping skills and stress management, grief and loss, and suicide awareness. I recently received a certification as a Grief and Loss Specialist and continue to work with clients struggling with grief and loss, trauma, and depression.
