I have 10 years experience working with families, children and parents who are struggling with the challenges of day to day life. In addition, I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships, are caring for others and those looking for personal growth.
One area of my practice I am very proud of is my work with individuals on how to care for themselves, while caring for others. I work with individuals on how to incorporate healthy habits for themselves in order to reduce the stress of care taking for others.
