I specialize in helping people reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, manage difficult life transitions and go through the process of grief and loss. In conjunction with therapy I work with people individually integrating the techniques of yoga, breathing, meditation and nutrition. I will help you to develop or deepen an individualized lifestyle that suits your needs.
