Many of the people who reach out to me for therapy describe themselves as disheartened and distressed with some major part of their lives. For couples, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I help partners discover their problems are not each other. What's likely driving them apart is a negative cycle of behaviors and reactions. Transforming that cycle will help positively influence every aspect of relationship from negotiating finances to sexual intimacy.
I embrace working with individuals and partners from traditional, straight, poly, kink and queer lifestyles.
