I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained and CMR (Comprehensive Resource Modeling) for trauma, grief, and inner child work; and all forms of relapse prevention and recovery. Hi! My name is Hayley Howard, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. When we can balance a positive identity with our role in the world while also remaining connected to others, we feel whole. Brokenness can occur if any of these relationships are out of balance. In therapy, I help my clients assess the lack of balance so they can figure out how to get whole again.
