Choosing the right therapist can be a difficult, yet important decision. I believe in an atmosphere by which individuals, couples and/or families can feel free to openly express themselves in a safe, therapeutic environment. Whether it is extreme anxiety or depression, family and relationship issues, addictions, grief, and a plethora of other conflicts, my clients are able to work on and through the many bumps in their lives in a supportive and caring place.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience with couples, families and teenagers. I work with blended families and the complexities of blended family dynamics. I work in recovery, self esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, co-dependence, mood disorders and much more .
I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Whether it is Mindfulness, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Rogerian, what really matters is that each individual experiences a unique approach to their particular problems. I offer a very interactive experience for each of my clients.
