I am a licensed therapist and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are survivors of sexual abuse as well as those exhibiting sexually acting out behaviors. In addition, I am skilled in addressing interpersonal issues within families and couples, helping foster the creation of secure bonds and re-organized emotional responses. Treating a person's concerns holistically is important to me as I believe in the mind-body connection and that one affects the other.

Celeste is a state licensed therapist with a master's degree in clinical mental health. She takes an integrated approach to counseling by utilizing the client's strengths to foster growth and move into a place of thriving. Celeste has advanced training in DBT, which helps develop emotional regulation, enhance relationships, and learn skills to tolerate distress. When working with couples, Celeste implements Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to address interpersonal issues by changing negative patterns and developing secure bonds. Celeste's training in EMDR helps clients heal from traumatic events more effectively.

Doctor Willyerd graduated from Arizona State University with a doctorate in behavioral health in 2011. prior to that he had a masters degree in counseling in 2009. Since then his professional career has taken him into helping many at risk individuals such as sex offender youth, children with severe childhood trauma, families with fragile home life and structure, prisoners in the prison system and on suicide watch and prisoners having severe psychotic episodes.

Struggles are in the “I” of the beholder. Based on this literal perception, we often face our struggles as a problem only “I” can solve and forget that we are communal by nature. This can lead to feelings of emotional isolation where we feel no one truly understands what we are going through. Therapy is the contradiction to these feelings as it focuses on collaboration based on honesty, integrity, and respect. During his undergraduate years Sam worked in the substance use field and with those who suffer with addiction. Sam often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach when working with clients. Sam works with adolescents and adults. Sam brings a unique perspective as he suffered with intense anxiety and depression during his adolescent years. Sam focuses on treating anxiety, depression, problematic behaviors.
