With specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman’s Couples Therapy, & Somatic-Attachment EMDR, my focus includes anxiety, trauma, emotional/physical infidelity, relationship challenges, & attachment injuries. I offer clients support in learning to deepen connections, build resilience, resolve conflict and cope with pain in healthy ways.
My passion is to help couples renew and reinvent marriages, and to help individuals and families heal by facing and overcoming challenges, so they're free to experience a rich, full, satisfying life with healthy, safe, loving relationships. As a Christian therapist I utilize evidence-based interventions that are also consistent with Biblical principles.
