My ideal client is any individual whose primary desire is to better understand themselves, feel more confident, and have more choice and freedom in their lives. I believe that while every individual's issues and circumstances are different, as long as those are their primary goals, I will be able to find a way to be effective with them. It does not mean that any individual has to have it all figured out beforehand but a willingness to face uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and remain open-minded to the process of getting better.
