We treat children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, mood disorders, developmental and personality disorders. I work with parents to develop behavioral plans for their homes and families to supplement the therapy done with their children/adolescents in my office.

Life is ever changing. Who we are and how we view ourselves is fluid and evolves as we grow and learn. Our environment, life circumstances, and relationships further influence our perspective. Change can be hard and it is normal to need support and affirmation as you navigate the stressors in your life. It is my goal to to nurture your journey of growth and healing. Additionally, concerns about your sexuality and sexual health can be overwhelming. I hope to help you navigate through any insecurities in a sex positive, non shaming way and to normalize and destigmatize issues regarding sexuality and sexual health.

My ideal client is one who is ready for change. I don't know many people who change when they are comfortable. By the time an individual or couple walks into a counseling office, they are usually in enough discomfort with their current reality that they are ready to work towards something new. I want to join with clients to identify what is not working, the source of their discomfort, and help set them up for and walk with them into successful healing, change and overall health.

We all have the ability to be amazing, but sometimes find ourselves in a position to have to relearn how to tap into our own inner strength and resiliency.

While these obstacles and feelings are completely normal, they have a way of impacting our mental health.
