Our 23 licensed clinical psychologists, social workers, marriage & family therapists and mental health counselors at Peninsula Psychological Center, Inc., P.S. are ready to assist you. We work with people from age 3-90, with experienced therapists in our multispecialty center, helping our clients and their families to clarify their specific concerns and to achieve their goals in therapy. We often help people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, panic, grief, insomnia & relationship problems. Individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and psychological assessment services are available.

Therapy is a place for yourself or your loved one to take time to build self-care, self-reflection, insight and skills to manage the symptoms they are experiencing. Many adults and youth experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or are overcoming issues of past trauma that plays in to their ability to go about life. Sometimes relationships, school or work are harder to navigate, build or maintain. Sometimes self-esteem and self-worth can interfere with our abilities to experience healthy relationships whether that is with friends, peers or family members. Lily works with adults, couples, and adolescents starting at 12 years of age. She is able to support clients in the following areas; depression, anxiety, managing family and life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, building healthy coping skills, and processing traumatic events. Lily also offers pre-marital counseling for couples.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I have specialized training working with individuals, couples, and families. As a veteran, I provide additional personal knowledge and support to veterans, active duty military personnel, and military families. With empathy and compassion, I offer professional counseling services for a variety of issues including treatment for anxiety, trauma and PTSD, codependency and other relationship issues, depression, anger management, ADHD, and more. My clients consist of individuals ranging from 15 years old - 75 years old, with a wide array of issues related to communication, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, conflict management, intimacy, trauma, and stress. I am currently accepting new clients ages 7 years and up. For many years now, I have been working with survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, and all of the post traumatic symptoms that are experienced in the aftermath of trauma. My hope for your therapeutic process with me is that you experience personal growth and self-compassion, as well as gaining skills to cope with, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other issues that create difficulty in living your best life.

I practice with a brief therapy and solution focused approach that explores your resiliency and promotes self discovery. I am skilled in Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conflict Resolution and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I utilize a Motivational Interviewing approach and supportive humor to help you better understand any barriers that might be limiting your desired outcomes.
