I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, adults and families of diverse backgrounds; providing support, resources, short-term, long-term counseling/psychotherapy. As I’ve grown in my practice my niche has become more focused on working individually with adults; males, females. Empowering them individually to improve various areas of their life. I have worked with a variety of clients within different ages and stages of their life. I believe that the therapeutic process should be individually curtailed to each specific client. Every client processes information and sees the world differently. These are the factors at the forefront of my mind when I am considering interventions for clients. I enjoy standing beside my clients on their journey while helping, supporting, and encouraging them to reach their therapeutic goals.
