Not accepting new clients

Thanks for visiting my page. At this time, my practice is full, so unfortunately I am unable to accept new clients. However, if you are particularly interested in working with me specifically, or are looking for care for your child or teen, please reach out, in case I have an opening.
Why live with the symptoms of anxiety, depression, guilt, or shame, when therapy can offer relief? It is possible to learn new coping skills at any age! I also offer specialized services for the LGBT community, including transgender and nonbinary children, teens and adults, as well as for those living with the often overwhelming symptoms of tinnitus.
I love being a therapist and believe in the ability of all people to change, no matter what life stage you are in. There are always reasons to be hopeful in what life can bring, and what we can create. I am very flexible in my approach, and offer weekly or bi-weekly appointments, when I have availability. Together, we can make change happen! You deserve it.

The pace of sessions will start slowly and safely until we identify the main issues you feel ready to address. When you are ready, we will start tracking the main themes and issues you bring to the room, and work together to help improve your communication skills, coping skills, and patterns of behavior. Within a few months, most clients begin to change and notice feeling better.

"
I utilize a relational style of therapy, which most clients find comfortably conversational. Elements of other modalities I use include motivational interviewing and DBT, and come from an LGBT inclusive, social justice oriented approach. I am skilled in helping clients recognize maladaptive patterns of behaviors as well as figuring out what serves you in life, what doesn't-and what to do about it
