I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and use this treatment interchangeably with Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing. My training has been focused on unburdening somatic symptoms through EMDR and using evidenced based trauma treatment such as Somatic Experience Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
