I work with children, teens, and adults. Much of my clinical works focuses more on helping the person, not on giving a label. Hope and trust are crucial in working with a therapist. Finding the right fit, the right type of experience, and the right connection is what builds this hope.
I offer specialties in play therapy treating all different age groups. This includes difficult situations with anxiety, developmental concerns, ADHD, and others. I also specialize in working within areas of trauma and grief. This is done in a way to provide a safe space to move through concerns, and never pushing too hard too fast.
