I believe that it is important to be heard and understood in our most important relationships. As a marriage and family therapist, I help individuals, couples and families to communicate and connect around stressful challenges and changes in life. I will help you figure out your feelings, talk about hard things and connect around difficult topics so that you have increased fulfillment in your relationships and better face mental health stress experienced in your life. Before becoming a therapist, I mentored teens and participated in college-level stunting. I enjoy working with teens and understand their struggles.
I like to integrate talk and expressive therapy. Teens and adults may find it easier to start conversations with sand tray or artistic expression. I work with couples and individuals experiencing financial and workplace stress. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can further help with more deep-seated traumas.
