With Certification in EMDR and over 12 years in private practice, I have extensive training and clinical experience treating trauma-related symptoms, suicidal thinking, self-harm behaviors, anxiety and depression. I also provide education and guidance both in therapy sessions and public speaking to parents and teens towards the forming of healthier patterns of behavior through skills in validation, communication and conflict resolution.
I care deeply about each individual and maintain consistent education of my own to ensure my skills are relevant and effective. My methods are often perceived as more directive and goal-focused, while also offering acceptance and respect to encourage and empower healthy changes.
