My foundation is based in the sacred history of women as healers and I am most comfortable "dancing" in that sacred space where mind, body, and spirit converge. I have extensive training in trauma-informed, spiritually-integrated therapy. Having an ear for “faith stories,” I provide a safe and inclusive space for doing deeper, spiritual work for those looking to heal generational trauma, transition from one phase of life to another, break unhealthy cycles, and transform challenges into spiritual stamina.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in various areas to include foster care and adoption, single mothers, parenting and personal development. I have experience in the areas of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, women's issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, conflict resolution, and healthy relationship skills. I am passionate about helping women experience the freedom that comes from rediscovering their identity during the many life transitions and/or events that can cause us to lose sight of it along the way.

Our practice works with Black clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management to process the origins of their concerns through a racially-sensitive lens. We also work with adult clients seeking to improve their relationships with self and others by helping them understand and process the impact of historical and generational racial trauma on their relationships with themselves, their families, their friends, and their partners.
