I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Approved Supervisor based in Houston, Texas. I am also licensed in the state of Virginia. I provide Telehealth/virtual sessions for Virginia residents. It is my desire to provide a safe environment where individuals are able to grow through the process of counseling. I have my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and focus my practice on individual adults, couples, and families. I am also trained in basic EMDR (Eye Movement Sensitization and Reprocessing).

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Sex Therapist. I have extensive experience working with couples who struggle with assertive communication in their relationship and wish to learn new and healthier ways to interact. I also specialize in working with clients facing sexual/intimacy issues such as sexless marriages, low libido, and sexual shame. At my practice, I offer premarital counseling and work with clients that deal with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, stress management, grief, and loss. My clients report noticing improvement in their challenges after 4-6 sessions.

I have been in practice for twenty five years. I love what I do ; I have a passion for the healing of marriages,trauma, depression, anxiety. Within these blocks of time for marriage counseling ,we address such issues as; accumulated resentments, past hurts, childhood wounds that are affecting the present day adult relationship, and resolving conflict in a kind, respectful way.
