Everyone experiences a time in their life when it is difficult to function at their full potential. Emotions and relationships can often overwhelm our daily functioning and we experience a feeling of being stuck in our current situation. These difficult emotions have often been a part of us for so long that we do not realize there is a different way of living. If you are struggling with emotions, relationships, addiction or you find yourself repeating the same patterns, I would like the opportunity to work with you.
My formal education and work experience include general techniques and approaches that address a broad range of issues. Specifically, I have completed formal coursework and continuing education in the areas of addictions, substance abuse, life adjustment and development, wellness, diverse populations, self-destructive behaviors, and LGBT issues.
If you are unable to be in a traditional counseling environment, I can utilize online counseling to work with you to address issues that are preventing you from being the best you.
