After retiring as Director of Counseling at Lindenwood University, I moved to Warren County; I live in Wright City and now practice videotherapy from my home office. I have been an LPC in Missouri since 1987, and the author of two books. I very much enjoy working with clients; I have a professional, energetic, friendly style. As a systems therapist, I approach clients in an interdependent manner... never in isolation. Even when working with individual clients, I am mindful of how their myriad relationships affect them...and how they affect others. I think of all clients psycho-biologically. IFS and ketamine are new interests.

My name is Rebecca Turay, MSW, LCSW and I provide mental health counseling services for individuals ages 18 years and over: individuals, groups, couples, family, and those with marital or relationship issues for problems with: depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic, phobias/fears, grief and loss issues, death and dying, suicide, miscarriage, abortion, divorce, blended families, parenting, substance abuse, abuse, anger issues, low self-esteem, trauma, and adjustment or life changes. I also provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy; and Hypnotherapy. Therapeutic approaches are individualized and provided with respect to client needs and preferences.

Samantha Graham-Douglas, LPC and Life Restoration Center have been a part of the community since 2011. We have a mission of providing comfort, safety, and respect to those coming from hopeless situations - including trauma, sexual abuse, substance abuse, sexual addictions, criminal activity, delinquency, behavioral issues, parenting issues, and marital problems. Samantha and other team members have been trained in several trauma theories such as TF-CBT and EMDR and have experience working with substance abuse, addictions, mental health, family systems and focus on the whole family- children, adolescents, adults and families.

Carolyn operates from a systems way of thinking. I believe that there are many aspects that can affect each individual and exploring these aspects best helps the individual. I use therapies such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EFT with couples and other modalities. I work with children ages 10+, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, divorce, marital separation, premarital counseling, marriage counseling, sexual issues including addiction, affairs, pornography, abuse and LGBTQ+, grief and other situations that may arise.

Challenges in life help us cultivate strength and build resiliency. Sometimes these challenges take us in directions that we never thought possible, promoting healing and happiness. It's these challenges that help us grow emotionally, strengthening and enabling us to handle the daily stressors that come our way.
