I partner with people who are struggling and want to become happier and healthier versions of themselves. More specifically, many of my patients are seeking help related to an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a lack of confidence.
Here's what it looks like to work with me: Together, we explore areas of your life that are working well and that are problematic. First, we identify maladaptive behavioral and thought patterns. Then, using evidence-based approaches, we find healthier ways to approach life. You can count on me to walk with you through this.
Before entering private practice in 2014, I worked in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment settings, giving me the expertise to partner with even the most severe patients. If you think we would work well together, reach out to schedule a free consultation phone call.
