I Have worked in the areas of substance abuse and mental health for the past 29 years. I work with clients between the ages of 16 and 60. I have a strong interests in addictions, impulse control and personality disorders. I have sucessfully guided both individuals and couples through very difficult times in their lives and have seen many of them reach their highest potential in life. I put Jesus Christ at the center of my life and find a strong spiritual life helps in the healing process. I look forward to helping you reach your highest potential.

I specialize in working with couples navigating their relationships. As well as individuals who have experienced trauma. Helping to give these clients the tools and skills to improve the quality of their lives. I also enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, alternative lifestyles, and sexual health problems. Working to help clients find a life that makes them happy and feel content with their lives. Therapy is work and so clients should expect to be given tools and skills to practice.

Perhaps some of those feelings include feeling anxious or down about a variety of things, or perhaps struggling with conflict within your family that make even the smallest decisions seem impossible.

I provide supportive services to individuals, couples, and families with concerns relating to life transitions, relationship struggles, grief and loss, as well as varying conditions of anxiety, depression, and other mood related conditions. My experience includes working with clients, ranging in age from adolescence to older adulthood, as they are working through difficult transitions and periods of time, when a sense of direction may feel lost and motivation is a struggle.
