I have shifted my practice to only EMDR work: Individual sessions and Intensives Experiences (3 or 4 hours). Intensives include diagnostics, our 8:3 Guidebook, therapy aides, and also include ILF Neurofeedback to decrease emotional dysregulation, dissociation and strengthen the Default Mode Network which plays a major role in our self-concept. Intensives are an excellent option to transform your life without weekly appointments.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a clinically proven treatment for unprocessed trauma and distressing memories and allows the brain/body to heal. It includes 8 phases and 3 prongs and the average person can have 20-30 unprocessed events that hijack their mental health functioning. EMDR goes where words can't.

Conveniently located off of 465-E and 56th Street/Shadeland Exit (40), Indy Counseling has an entire team trained in EMDR!
