I am Professional Clinical Counselor with over 30 years experience. I provide Christian and Mental Health counseling for inividuals, couples and families. I listen carefully to my clients and work closely with them to develop treatment plans that are individualized for them. I am a retired military leader, Nurse and Clinical Counselor. I understand Veteran's issues. I am also retired from the Dayton VA as the former Director of Mental Health nursing. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

My approach to therapy is to help you make the changes in your thinking, feeling and acting that you want to make but might not know how or are afraid to make. Through careful listening, support, and help in rethinking your problem you will come to new insights, awareness, and gain new skills that will enable you to become the person you most want to be. You may have difficulty in relationships with others, or personal issues with which you struggle.
