It's exciting to get to know each client and how I can be of help to them. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and have a special interest in women's issues, young adults and couples. I have experience treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, postpartum depression, and relationship issues. I am committed to upholding the highest ethical and legal standards, as well as participating in professional development to keep up-to-date with the best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

I believe therapy can be beneficial for serious issues such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, etc. but that it can also benefit people looking to just grow personally. It is also a great place to learn healthy coping skills to manage daily stressors, because let's face it, we all have stressors! It is important to have a nonjudgmental ear to listen to you. I also believe confidentiality is of upmost importance.

Coping with Postpartum Depression

This group is for any woman who is struggling with postpartum depression or is struggling to cope after giving birth. Women who have newborns or children up to age 1 will benefit from this group. The group will discuss helpful ways to provide yourself with self-care, cope with postpartum depression, and relate to new mothers like yourself. Therapist has first hand experience dealing with postpartum depression. Cost is $20 per session or $100 for the full 6 weeks.

Lost Loved One to Overdose

Serenity Counseling Solutions will be holding a FREE support group for family and friends of those who passed from an overdose. The group will be held the first Saturday of the month from 10am-11am. Please feel free to come and bring anyone you feel would benefit. We do ask that you pre-register so we can get an estimated head count.
