I am a licensed clinical psychologist with twenty years of experience in helping parents navigate the tween, teen and young adult years with their children. Whether the presenting issue is teen substance abuse, school refusal, family conflict, self-harm, low self-esteem, overuse of technology, attention-deficit issues, anxiety or depression, failure to launch, or adjustment to circumstances such as divorce or loss, I'll help you help your child. I'll provide a clear and comprehensive assessment of the issue, and guidance for how you and your child can both grow through these challenges.
For the past 15 years, I have practiced in several of the best wilderness therapy programs and therapeutic boarding schools in the country. I draw from this rich background to create break-through experiences for individuals, couples, and families.
