As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients be seen, heard, and validated. My focus is to bring healing to children and families experiencing difficult relationship dynamics and traumatic events. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and women who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and grief. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, providing coaching and support for ADHD, and working with behavior concerns.

Having worked in a plethora of fields and having experience in all clinical settings, I have come to realize that the issues where I have been able to be of most help and professionally have the most professional interest in are addiction, dual diagnosis, depression, mood disorder and individual and families coming to grips with severe and persistent mental illness. I opt not to make "all disorders" my specialization and know what my strengths and limitations are.
