My therapy practice focuses on working with young adults/adults to heal the deepest parts of our subconscious to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors, & relationship struggles to build more confidence, self-esteem and self-love. Through therapeutic and coaching techniques I guide my clients to create and maintain well-rounded healthy lifestyles that best suits their individual, couple or family needs.
Once we learn how to feel safe mentally, physically and spiritually within ourselves we can thrive in all areas of life. I support and guide my clients to achieve a rewarding life. Using empathy and systemic techniques I enjoy helping adults build better communication skills, coping skills and improving important relationships.
