I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing a wide variety of challenges and are looking to seek change. I have a vast amount of experience working in various settings such as, community mental health centers, various government agencies, non-profits, and private practice settings. I believe that the quality of our life is strongly impacted by the quality of our relationships and one of the relationships I value most are the ones that I share with my clients.

My approach is a Humanostic Approach integrated with Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Also, include work with grief and loss, trauma as well as marriage and family therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which client and therapist work together for the client's growth.

I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and qualified state supervisor, and I treat children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I see people with anxiety/panics/fears and depression/sadness/hopelessness, in individual and in couples therapy.
