We provide a compassionate and safe environment for our clients to address these challenges openly without judgement. Our therapist are bilingual (Spanish) and will help you work through the barriers to optimum living, such as: stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, substance abuse issue, complex trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety. We also provide parenting skills, premarital counseling, as well as career coaching.
Solving emotional problems is very difficult, but you won't have to go it alone. We will help you set goals, identify distorted thinking patterns and behaviors that cause pain, isolation and interfere with your goals, health, contentment and relationships. Our Therapist uses CBT to help you develop healthy practical skills that empowers change.
I believe the first step to achieving contentment and happiness is accepting help. I employ a compassionate individualized approach to treatment based on clients strengths. I have a multicultural background which includes extensive work with individuals and families from Latin America, LGBTQ community and other minority groups.
