Our work and my hope for you would be to experience feeling more fully alive with a sense of joy, purpose and freedom.
Some specialty areas include working with couples impacted by sex addiction, women sex and love addicts, multiple addiction, anxiety and trauma. I work with partners of sex addicts and women in recovery. Prior to private practice, I worked with adults, adolescents and families in substance abuse treatment facilities.
I offer compassion, experience and awareness. My passion is action/experiential therapy methods and group therapy. Ongoing training in psychodrama and sociometry facilitates my personal and professional growth. I am in process toward certification. I personally cultivate joy through singing, meditation, women's retreats, recovery and being outdoors.
