I work primarily with individual adults, couples, families and adolescents. I have great success helping patients navigate and healthy boundaries in a relationships and to teach how to deliver respect. Issues I'm best suited to treat are depression and other mood disorders, relationships of all kinds, substance abuse, addiction and recovery. I have experience and training with human sexuality and sexual identity, I'm trained as a family therapist and work with parents to establish healthy boundaries with their children. All of this is in service of personal growth and increased happiness better living strategies.
Most of my practice is helping couples and individual adults struggling with relationships, depression, addiction and recovery, meaning and purpose in their lives. I have a unique multidisciplinary approach to drugs and alcohol, intimacy, navigating relationships, improving mood and realizing dreams and goals using clear protocols and plain language.
