I have had over 25 years where I have helped all individuals make mind/ body connections to manage their mental health needs while improving their lives using many different cognitive behavioral skills and psychoeducation techniques.

Good day to you! My educational background is in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology with a Post Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began my career in providing behavioral and mental healthcare services in 2004. Since that time, I have devoted myself to helping youth, adolescents, and adults address neurodiverse needs. In June of 2016, I founded Beautiful Minds to meet the mental and behavioral health needs of youth, families, and adults living in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I work with clients of all backgrounds. I want you to know that my work is my passion. Clients have described me as energetic, genuine, relatable,and effective. My goal is to help each client find focus, clarity, healing, and fulfillment in their lives. My extensive clinical experience prepared me to help individuals understand and address a wide range of emotional issues and past trauma that may trigger current symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, or low self esteem. I will work with my clients, utilizing a client centered and strength based approach. I provide highly personalized, caring, and solution focused care.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I aim to help those who may be at a point of feeling voiceless, hopeless and at times lost. I provide clients with an empathetic, nurturing approach, while also encouraging self-reflection and working towards being your best self. I began my career working in psychiatric unit and crisis units, psychiatric community homes, and currently working with children, adolescents, and adults addressing their mental health needs. I enjoy creating a therapeutic relationship that allows for honesty, enthusiasm, and success.

The adults and teenagers I work with, individually and with family supports involved, have made the conscious decision to meet with me in hopes of feeling better in whatever way is genuine to them, whatever they may be up against emotionally, mentally and behaviorally. Stacy uses evidenced based practices in working with children and families to help strengthen children and families. Dr. Stacy Haynes, Ed.D, LPC, ACS is a counseling psychologist who specializes in the needs of children, families and parenting concerns. She has over 20 years experience in the treatment of every day challenging family concerns. Her practice Little Hands Family Services provides group, individual, couples, and medication management services to all members in a family.

I work well with the younger population, especially when it comes to things like bullying and anxiety, because I have the most experience with this group and with these problems. What I am looking for in an "ideal client" is the drive to improve oneself.
